The only mainnet funding destination
Send only native XLM on Stellar mainnet. Do not use testnet, a wrapped asset, another chain, the proposed issuer, or the distribution address. No memo is required by this project.

First supporter: create the account
If the funding account does not exist, an ordinary payment will fail. Use one Stellar create_account operation from your own funded mainnet account, with this destination and startingBalance: 10.0000000 XLM.
The supporter pays the network fee in addition to the transfer and must keep their own account’s required reserves. A wallet or exchange withdrawal that cannot create a new Stellar account is unsuitable for this first step. Do not try repeated ordinary payments.
If the account already exists, use a normal native-XLM payment only after checking the outstanding target. Stop when the target is reached; do not intentionally overfund it. Concurrent transfers can still overshoot.
Optional local unsigned-transaction helper
You may instead use the source below to build an unsigned transaction on your own computer. It reads Horizon, checks the current destination and builds either account creation or a native payment for the remaining gap to 10 XLM. It does not sign or submit anything.

Only enter your public G-address. Never enter a secret key, recovery phrase or exchange deposit credential. The helper stops for custom-signature accounts or when the target has already been met.

The other 50% is not allocated to launch reinvestment. All funds remain project-controlled; no payout, escrow or return entitlement is created. Any later spending needs a separately recorded purpose and must respect the mission’s reinvestment limit.
How receipts will be counted
A balance is not proof of revenue. Testnet funds, project self-transfers and the nominal value of issued KOR do not count toward the $1 million mission. External origin, transaction evidence, USD valuation at receipt and independent verification are required. Support donations must be recorded separately from customer revenue.
