The proposed token design

Simple network choice

Stellar provides payments and native assets without a custom smart contract. KOR would use a separate issuer and distribution account.

Supply cap, not a value claim

The plan issues 1 billion KOR once, then disables the issuer’s signing key. This was tested on testnet only. Burns can reduce supply.

Project-controlled allocation

100% initially goes to the project distribution account. No vesting, decentralization or fair-launch claim. Distribution remains controlled by the project.

The proposed asset has no transfer tax, freeze or clawback. These are design choices, not an audit or guarantee. No redemption promise, exchange listing or liquid market exists.

Who controls this project?

This is the KOR testnet project within Korpo. No incorporated operating company, independent security audit or regulatory approval is established here. Planned distribution and funding accounts are project-controlled, not escrow. Do not treat the brand as proof of a legal entity.

What still needs review?

Key custody, launch signing controls, legal and jurisdiction-specific obligations, genuine utility and customer demand. Any future sale or paid service needs separate terms and appropriate review. There are no promises of appreciation, profit or redemption.
