📖 What is a DMARC Aggregate Report?
DMARC aggregate reports are XML documents sent daily by email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, etc.) to the rua address in your DMARC record. Each report shows:
- Which IP addresses sent mail claiming to be from your domain
- Whether SPF and DKIM checks passed or failed
- How many messages were received
- Whether the DMARC policy was applied
These reports are essential for monitoring email deliverability, detecting spoofing attempts, and ensuring legitimate senders are properly authenticated.
