SERVER TERMS.

By using KORPO 5X you agree to these terms, the published server rules and the applicable terms of Facepunch, Steam, Discord and Tebex.

Community service

KORPO 5X is an unofficial, independently operated Rust community server. Access is provided as available. Maintenance, updates, wipes and urgent security work can cause downtime or loss of in-game progress.

Fair play

Maximum team size is three. Alliances, shared progression with another team, cheats, scripts, exploits, ban evasion, harassment, doxxing, threats and real-world trading are prohibited. Staff may investigate and act on credible evidence. Appeals are reviewed by someone other than the original moderator where practical.

Wipes and virtual items

The map resets weekly and blueprints normally reset on force wipe. In-game items have no cash value and may not be sold, exchanged for money or converted into prizes.

Purchases

Checkout remains closed until the verified operator, support route and Tebex store are connected. When it opens, each package will list exact benefits, duration, expiry and removal behaviour. KORPO will not sell weapons, resources, sulfur or combat power. Tebex checkout terms and statutory consumer rights apply; nothing here removes those rights.

Enforcement

We may mute, remove or ban accounts to protect players, the service or rule integrity. A purchase does not exempt anyone from enforcement. Fraud, chargeback abuse or attempts to compromise the service may be reported to the relevant platform or authorities.

Changes

Rules and balance may change between wipes. Material store or privacy changes will be announced before they take effect. A verified operator identity, support route and governing-law notice will be added before public checkout opens.
