KORPO 5X processes only the information needed to operate, secure and improve the Rust server and its community.

What we process

When you connect, the server records your Steam ID, display name, IP address, connection times, gameplay and moderation events, chat, reports, bans and technical diagnostics. Our public wipe feed uses aggregate activity only; it never publishes Steam IDs, display names, IP addresses or exact live positions.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide the service, enforce max-trio and safety rules, detect abuse, handle appeals, restore service after incidents, measure retention and improve balance. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Hosting, Discord, BattleMetrics and Tebex may process information when their services are enabled. Their own privacy terms also apply. Tebex acts as the checkout provider and merchant of record for purchases; KORPO does not store full payment card details.

Retention and access

Operational logs are kept only as long as they remain useful for security, disputes and legal obligations. Ban evidence may be retained longer to prevent evasion. Access is restricted to authorised staff. A precise retention table and verified privacy contact will be published before public checkout opens.

Your choices

EU and UK players may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, subject to security and legal exceptions. Until the community helpdesk opens, do not submit sensitive personal information through public chat.
