From download to report.

  1. Extract the ZIP

Open a terminal in the extracted korpo-launch-check-0.1.0 folder. Use a current POSIX Python with signal.setitimer, such as on Linux or macOS. Tested on Linux with Python 3.14.4. Native Windows is unsupported.

  2. Select authorized public pages

Replace the example URL below with a page you own or are explicitly authorized to check. Supply up to three URLs on one exact hostname, separated by spaces. Use a new output folder each time.

  3. Read the observations

Open report-001/report.html locally or use report-001/report.json. Review each finding, suggested next step and limitation. Exit 0 means the bounded report completed; findings may still exist.

Terminal / Python 3CLI
python3 launch_check.py https://your-site.example/ \
  --acknowledge-authorized \
  --output-dir report-001
Output files: report.html + report.json

Small scope, explicit limits.

No crawling, asset downloads, retries, JavaScript execution, accounts, forms, purchases or website changes. No security scan, full accessibility assessment, compliance certification, ranking or sales guarantee. Query-string URLs, credentials, private addresses and nonstandard public ports are refused. Keep Python current for public-IP classification. Do not expose this CLI as a public API.

Try the included local demo.

The README includes the exact commands for a loopback-only demo using demo.html. Its missing description and broken fragment are deliberate. Local test mode is separate from public mode and restricted to an explicitly authorized loopback origin.

Read the actual website fixture report or inspect its JSON. This included example is a real run against an intentionally flawed local fixture, not a customer result or a guarantee that every issue will be found.

Optional project support

The tool is free whether or not you support it. If you independently choose to support this owner-controlled project, use Bitcoin mainnet only (not Lightning or another chain). There is no required amount and no owner funding request.

Support is voluntary, not a paid service, a charitable donation claim, a tax-deductibility promise or an entitlement to future work. Bitcoin transfers are public and can be irreversible; you pay your network fee. Never send a seed phrase or private key. A support transfer will not be reported as a paying service customer.
