Before you post

  1. Check the date, clock time and timezone yourself. No time conversion is performed.
  2. Only include a downtime estimate you can reasonably support. Never promise exact recovery.
  3. Post a separate update when maintenance actually finishes.

A useful maintenance notice answers four questions.

Which server? When does work start, in which timezone? What is changing? How will players know they can reconnect?

A restart is not a wipe. Keep wipe details in a separate wipe announcement, and use the listing checker to review public server information.
