🟢 PSBL — Passive Spam Block List. Low false-positive rate. Good indicator of ongoing spam activity.

🟣 SpamRATS — Maintained by abusivehosts.com. Popular with small-to-medium ISPs.

🟤 UCEPROTECT L3 — Network-level blacklist. Flags entire ASN ranges if abuse rate is high.

⚪ SURBL / URIBL — Domain-based blacklists. Checks if a domain appears in spam messages (not IP-based).
